Green Schools

What is a "Green School"? People are thinking and talking about Green Schools, Healthy Kids, High Performance Schools -- it's all good! A green school is all of these things.

Schools leave large footprints. Ultimately, the goals of a green school are to measure and reduce its ecological footprint, while making the school environment healthier for students and staff, and getting the community thinking about solutions to the environmental problems we face together.

Go to "Why Green Schools?", and "How Do I Green My School?" to start shrinking your school's footprint.
